SP Engineering Suite (ObjectARX & Web Platform)

IMPORTANT PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY NOTICE

SP Engineering Suite is an empirical drafting and engineering-documentation automation utility. It is intended solely to assist qualified professionals in preparing CAD drawings, schedules, and structural layout annotations.

The software does NOT replace a qualified structural engineer, architect, or competent consultant and must not be relied upon as an independent design authority.

1. Grant of License & Usage Rights

Subject to timely subscription payments and compliance with these Terms, SP Engineering Consultants grants the registered user a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, single-seat license to install and operate the SP Master ObjectARX software within compatible AutoCAD environments.

This license is granted exclusively for internal commercial drafting operations and does not convey any ownership, intellectual property rights, or title to the software source code, algorithms, or proprietary routines.

2. Hardware ID (HWID) Binding & Device Locking

Node-Locked Licensing Architecture:

To prevent unauthorized distribution, piracy, and concurrent access, the software employs cryptographic hardware-fingerprinting (HWID) tied directly to the user's physical machine processor and motherboard.

Each paid license key is strictly locked to one (1) unique device Hardware ID.
Attempting to use the same account credentials on an unbound or mismatched hardware machine will result in an automated authentication rejection.
Device reassignment or machine transfer requests require explicit administrative verification and approval by SP Engineering Consultants.

3. Subscription Terms, Fees & Renewals

Access to the ObjectARX suite and cloud calculation services is provided under a recurring commercial subscription model (standard rate: ₹3,000 / month, or custom corporate enterprise rates).

Activation: Subscriptions are activated upon receipt of payment and manual or automated profile clearance.
Expiry Enforcement: Upon subscription expiration, access to drafting commands within AutoCAD is automatically gated until a renewal is completed.
Refund Policy: All subscription payments are strictly non-refundable once software activation credentials have been issued. Detailed terms are available in our No-Refund Policy.

4. Nature and Scope of Software Automation

SP Engineering Suite automates structural drafting workflows based on user-defined inputs, empirical thumb-rules, and standard construction conventions. Automated outputs include beam reinforcement tables, column centerlines, footing schedules, and slab panel directional markers.

These automated outputs are drafting aids and shall never be interpreted as independently verified engineering designs.

5. No Structural Analysis or Safety Verification

The software does not execute finite element structural modeling, seismic coefficient evaluations, wind force distributions, or soil-structure interaction analysis.

It is not a substitute for:

Rigorous structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, STAAD.Pro, SAFE);
Load path assessments and geotechnical investigations;
Statutory design checks mandated under the National Building Code (NBC); or
Independent code compliance verification under current Bureau of Indian Standards (IS Codes).

6. Mandatory Professional Review Prior to Construction

NO AUTOMATED OUTPUT SHALL BE TREATED AS A FINAL CONSTRUCTION DRAWING WITHOUT INDEPENDENT PROFESSIONAL REVIEW.

Prior to issuing drawings for tender, statutory BPMS submission, or on-site execution, the responsible licensed structural engineer or architect must independently review and sign off on all dimensions, levels, bar diameters, lap lengths, and reinforcement layouts.

7. User Input Accuracy

Calculations and layout tagging depend entirely on parameters entered by the user (including SBC values, excavation depths, floor levels, clear heights, and material grades). SP Engineering Consultants accepts no responsibility for errors resulting from incorrect, outdated, or incomplete project inputs.

8. Proprietary Rights & Restrictions

Users shall not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, decrypt, or create derivative works based on the ObjectARX binary files (.arx), backend Cloud Functions, or licensing protocols.

9. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the user agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SP Engineering Consultants, Er. Saurabh Patankar, and their affiliates from any third-party claims, legal liabilities, project delays, rework expenses, structural failures, or site disputes arising from unverified reliance on software-generated drawings.

10. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall SP Engineering Consultants be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, commercial losses, or loss of profits arising out of the use or inability to use this software. Total liability under any claim shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by the user in the preceding one (1) month.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and all software license agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

Any dispute, legal proceeding, or claim arising under or relating to the software shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Indapur / Pune, Maharashtra, India.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, installing the ObjectARX plugin, activating a license, or logging in via the web portal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and the accompanying Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

SP ENGINEERING SUITE ASSISTS THE PROFESSIONAL; IT DOES NOT REPLACE THE PROFESSIONAL.
